Our services extend beyond traditional homecare: companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, personal hygiene care, transportation, and light housekeeping. We also provide skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. With a team of licensed nurses and therapists, we are equipped to provide care that meets the highest standards set by CMS and CHAP accreditation guidelines. Whether it is post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic disease management, or safety supervision, our mission is to support not only day-to-day living but also long-term health and recovery.

About the Owners
Harmony Hearts Homecare was founded by Rhoda and Tommy Phoenix, a husband and wife team dedicated to faith-driven, family-centered care.
Rhoda Phoenix was born and raised in Bellville, Texas, where she was lovingly raised by her grandmother. Inspired by her resilience and faith, Rhoda pursued a career in healthcare. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from the College of Healthcare Professions in Houston, TX, and completed specialized coursework in Medical Billing and Coding. Her background uniquely equips her to lead both the clinical and administrative aspects of a quality-driven home healthcare agency.
Tommy Phoenix, co-founder and business partner, brings over 14 years of leadership experience in operations and management. His background in supervising large teams and driving organizational performance ensures Harmony Hearts maintains excellence in safety, efficiency, and client-centered results. Tommy’s expertise supports the agency’s vision of combining compassionate care with strong organizational leadership.
Together, Rhoda and Tommy founded Harmony Hearts in 2024 to serve families across Washington, Fayette, Lee, Harris, and Austin Counties. Their mission is simple: to make every client feel like family by delivering personalized, high-quality care that blends compassion with skilled expertise.
Our Commitment
As proud members of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and the LaGrange Area Chamber of Commerce, we are deeply invested in our local communities. Outside of their professional lives, Rhoda and Tommy enjoy raising their three children, whose ages span from toddler to teenager. Their devotion to family mirrors the heart of their agency: treating every client as if they were caring for their own loved one.
